What makes the EIA unique and a good example of an āout of the boxā experience, is that we have applied a temperament-informed model.
We then start with an assumption of oneās uniqueness, with an open mindset and no preconceived outcome. The reason for oneās unique outcome is that we donāt grow towards one standard / framework ā we grow to our full potential with the resources which we have been naturally gifted with.
Unlike the various frameworks, we donāt assess against any standards or frameworks when it comes to the EIA. The EIA assesses against oneās unique growth journey (phase): are you at the beginning of your growth journey, have you pushed boundaries to explore, or have you never had the opportunity to grow?
The aim is to help equip you to grow to your full potential within your own unique abilities and DNA.Ā
How does the EI Activator work?
Ā All people have an Emotional Quotient (EQ) rooted in who they are and shaped by their life experiences, which can be developed if the individuals choose to face realities in themselves, others, and the world, adapt to these realities, and use them for maximum positive transformation. This transformation takes place in three steps:

Knowing
In the Know phase, we discover our default EI Activator Zones and 12 EI skillsets with statements describing our EI based on our Tall Trees Profile. We rate to what extent we identify with each statement.

Flowing
In the Flow phase we explore our True EI Zones based on our responses to the EI Activator predictions. We learn to what extent we have adapted our default traits and preferences to improve ourselves and to flow with our own design, other people, challenging tasks, and situations in the world.

Growing
In the Grow phase we interact with personalised tips in our growth plan, to raise our EI in order to have the most positive impact on others and our world.
Knowing
Assess and improve your self-awareness, social awareness and environmental awareness for deeper insight into individuals, relationships, organizations and the world. "I choose to discover, embrace and actively engage with who I am, who you are, and who we can be together in our world."
